Aro-jump is a romantic orientation on the aromantic spectrum in which one is usually alloromantic, but experiences rare, sudden, and intense "spikes" of aromanticism, after which the orientation returns to alloromanticism just as suddenly.

The main aro-jump flag was created on May 20, 2020 by Tumblr user luigis-mogai-mansion.[1] An alternate flag was created on October 23, 2020, by Reddit user Orion1626. The alternate flag was inspired by the arospike flag, but with the triangles inverted to represent a "jump" away from one's normal orientation.[2]
