LGBTQIA stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual. Here are the definitions and flags for them:

Lesbian means a queer attraction to women (usually experienced by female/female-aligned or nonbinary individuals).

Gay means you are attracted to the same gender (not just men!).

Transgender people have a gender identity that differs from the sex that they were assigned at birth.

Bisexual means attracted to two or more genders.

Queer is an umbrella term that is both an orientation and a community for those on the LGBTQ spectrum.

Intersex people are born with biological sex characteristics that are not defined as clearly male or female. They can have diverse, both binary or non-binary gender identities.

Asexuality describes experiencing low to no sexual attraction or attraction heavily depending on different factors or situations. It does not necessarily mean a person has no sex drive or is sex repulsed.
