Obipanromantic, alternatively called Multiplusromantic, is the romantic version of Obipansexual or Multiplusromantic.
Obipanromantic falls under the abroromantic umbrella and is a fluid sexuality; meaning it changes or fluxuates in some instances-- in this case those who are Obipanromantic experience a fluctuating romantic attraction between sexualities that are on the multisexual spectrum.

Those who are Obipanromantic change between multiple sexualities-- but only sexualities that involve attraction to more than one gender (multisexual), for example bisexual, pansexual, omnisexual, and polysexual are all multisexul sexualties that an Obipanromantic would experience.
Obipanromantics feel a undefined fluctuating attraction specifically across the multisexual spectrum-- however unlike Obipansexual, those who are Obipanromantic strictly experience a romantic attraction;
for example, someone who is Obipansexual might be pansexual one day and bi another, but someone who is Obipanromantic would be panromantic one day and biromantic another. (emphasizing the romantic-sexual attraction difference)
Furthermore-- the label defines specifically romantic attractions despite the '-romantic' title.

The name 'Obipanromantic' as well as 'Obipansexual' is formed of Omni, bi, pan, all sexualities that encompass the multisexual sepctrum.
"The prefix for the alternative name, Multiplus, is a Latin word and means "manifold". When something exists in multiple forms, it's manifold, or has many kinds. This second term was created as there exists many other multisexual identities other than Omnisexual, Bisexual and Pansexual; namely Polysexual, a multisexual spectrum identity that has its flag included in the alternate flag."
