Penultisexuality is a sexual orientation in which one can feel sexual attraction to anyone with a gender different than theirs. For example, one who is a demiboy would be attracted to all genders but demiboy.
Penultisexual may be considered the opposite of pencontrasexual.
History[]
It is unknown who exactly coined penultisexual, though it was coined on or before July 4, 2016.[1]
Penultisexual was recoined under the name exosexual by Fandom user Sammy679811 on July 13, 2023, via creation of a page on the Orientation Wiki.[2] The pages were since merged due to having the same definition. Exosexual remains an alternate name for the term; however, it is not to be confused with the Urban Dictionary's definition of "exosexual", which was created satirically and is not a sexuality.[3]
