Perioriented refers to an individual who's romantic and sexual attraction align with each other and are congruent.
Perioriented people usually specify a sexual orientation label to describe themselves since their romantic and sexual attraction align with each other.
Perioriented people do not have to specify a romantic orientation identity label since their attractions align. For example, instead of saying "panromantic pansexual", one could just say "pansexual".
Examples of perioriented people are biromantic bisexual, heteromantic heterosexual, etc.
The opposite of being perioriented is varioriented.
