Romeric is a term for those that are MLW (men loving women). Romeric individuals may or may not identify as straight, and can be attracted to other genders. The term is not necessarily exclusive, but can be (Darcian) Romeric can include , bi- men, pan- men, or anyone that is a man in some way and is attracted to women.
The WLM equivalent is Julietian.
Origin of Term[]
The term, alongside julietian, comes from the play, Romeo and Juliet.
History[]
The term was coined on June 27, 2018, by Fy on Tumblr blog beyond-mogai-pride-flags. A flag was included in the coining post.[1]
An alternate flag, with reversed colors, was created by Reddit user Israbelle in a dream. It was recreated on March 2, 2021.[2]
