Switchblade Sapphic (also known as SbS) is a term for sapphic individuals that support all sapphics and lesbians, regardless of orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. This includes non-binary sapphics, sapphics that are non-conforming in any way, trans sapphics, m-spec sapphics and lesbians, etc.

The term was coined by FANDOM user Unfunny person420 on March 21, 2021. The flag was created on the same day.[1]
